視譯方法與口譯

 2013年7月25年，據(jù)譯雅馨翻譯公司了解到，“視譯”，有很多朋友都不是很了解。所謂視譯就是看著中文稿不間斷地口頭翻譯成英文或看著英文稿不間斷地口頭翻譯成中文。視譯是同聲傳譯中最常用的訓(xùn)練方法之一。如果議員視譯和發(fā)言人保持同步，這種方式就是同聲傳譯中的“帶稿同傳”。

現(xiàn)在視譯訓(xùn)練的科學合理性已經(jīng)得到了充分的證明和廣泛的認可，所以視譯練習也越來越多地被用于交替?zhèn)髯g的培訓(xùn)中。視譯不僅是同傳和交傳的有效訓(xùn)練途徑，同時也是漢語主導(dǎo)環(huán)境條件下練習口語的有效方法。接下來我們來探討一下視譯中常用的方法。

一、斷句
所謂斷句是指將英語或漢語句子按照適當?shù)囊馊夯蚋拍顔挝唬M行切割處理并譯成漢或英語。例如：
1. I come to China /at an important time.
我來到中國訪問，正逢一個重要的時刻。
2. They built the bridge /in two months
他們建這座橋，只花了兩個月。
3. Aristotle,/the greatest of the ancient Greek writers,/had written a work /containing all the knowledge of his time.
亞里士多德是最偉大的古希臘作家，曾寫過一部著作，囊括了同時代所有的知識。
4.請允許我/作自我介紹。
Pleas allow me /to introduce myself.
5.我很樂意/為您排憂解難。
I am very glad/ to help you out.
6.今晚/公司總經(jīng)理李先生/將設(shè)宴為您洗塵。
Tonight/ Mr.Li, MD of the company /will host a reception banquet for you.

二、等待
等待是指在視中有意識地等一下，等到上下文比較清除時再開口翻譯。
1. They are trying hard to realize the objective of modernization /and democratization.
他們正在努力實現(xiàn)（等一下）現(xiàn)代化和民主化的目標
2. There remains a sizable gap between aspiration/ and accomplishment.
愿望與成果之間仍有相當大的差距。
3. We know that oxygen is necessary for the breathing of animals and plants, and for burning.
我們知道氧氣對于動植物的呼吸和燃燒是必不可少的。
4.我叫洪建信，是中美制藥有限公司的副總經(jīng)理。
I am Hong Jianxin, deputy MD of the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd.
5.我為能在上海接待您和您的家人而深感愉快，我很高興我們能在今后的半年里合作共事。
I am very glad to receive you and your family in Shanghai and I am very happy to work with you for the second half of the year.

三、轉(zhuǎn)換
轉(zhuǎn)換指詞類變換。英語中非動詞可以轉(zhuǎn)換成漢語動詞，如英語名詞、介詞、形容詞和副詞等都可以轉(zhuǎn)換成漢語動詞。
1. Every state is the best judge of what is required to safeguard its national security.
每個國家自己才能最好地判斷需要什么來保衛(wèi)自己的國家安全。
2. The chairman of the working group has given a report on the work of the group.
工作組主席匯報了改組的工作
3. 感謝你為我們所作的如此精心的安排。
Thank you for your thoughtful arrangements.

四、重復(fù)
重復(fù)也是視譯中常用的技巧。重復(fù)可以出于各種目的，如語法、修辭、突出重點等。
1. I hope the meeting will not be too long ,for it will only waste time.
我希望這次會議不要開得太久，太久（這）會浪費時間。
2. He left for London as soon as he received the instruction from his boss.
他啟程去了倫敦。收到老板的指示之后他就動身了。

五、增補
中文重意合，英文重形合，這一特點意味著中譯英時，需做許多增補。如，“他不干我干，” 譯成中文時，就要判斷出上下文所確定的準確含義，并增加相應(yīng)的連接詞，即假設(shè)關(guān)系：“（如果）他不干，我干”；因果關(guān)系：“（因為）他不干，我干”。還有其它種種關(guān)系。英譯中增補也是必不可少的方法。
1. Implementation of international human rights standards must be pursued with vigor.
貫徹國際人權(quán)標準的工作必須大力進行。
2. United Nations system organizations differ in terms of mandates, structure and professional capacity.
聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)組織各有差異，在職權(quán)、結(jié)構(gòu)、和業(yè)務(wù)方面都是如此。
3. Primary attention should be given to science and technology for development.
要優(yōu)先關(guān)注科學技術(shù)促進發(fā)展問題
4有朋自遠方來，不亦樂乎？
I am so delightful to have a friend from afar.

六、省略
原話中有些短語或詞匯，在譯語中不必翻譯出來。
1. The country has increased its overall strength.
該國綜合國力大增。
2. Will all those who are in favor of this draft resolution, please raise your hands ?
贊成的請舉手。
3. 如果我們沒有社會與政治穩(wěn)定的國內(nèi)環(huán)境，沒有和平與發(fā)展的國際環(huán)境，沒有中外經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)合作，我們的這次重大改革是不可能奏效的。
Without a domestic environment with social and political stability, without an international environment with peace and development, without economic and technological cooperation with other countries, our reform won’t achieve the anticipated results.

七、反說
1. I couldn’t agree with you more .我完全同意你的意見。
2. We shall decide on procedural matters before we start a general debate.
我們將決定程序問題，然后再開始一般性辯論。
3. No nation can live in peace without theses principles.
任何國家要和平生存就必須遵守這些原則。
