我們嚴(yán)格遵守翻譯流程的每一個環(huán)節(jié)，高效，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，務(wù)實。為客戶提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)的翻譯服務(wù)。

一、 客戶下單

客戶與我公司客服聯(lián)系，說明翻譯的內(nèi)容，語種，完成時間，格式要求及注意事項，然后提交稿件及翻譯中需要注意的各種文件資料。例如：公司名稱的固定翻譯等。也可以通過面談、電話或電子郵件等方式，針對翻譯項目和具體需求進(jìn)行協(xié)商，最終簽署翻譯合同.

二、 項目分析

    接收到翻譯稿件之后 ，項目負(fù)責(zé)人先審閱文本的內(nèi)容、計算字?jǐn)?shù)、分析記錄客戶提出的翻譯要求，我們將在10分鐘內(nèi)做出估價。對稿件做完初步的分析之后，進(jìn)行專業(yè)分類，以便選擇譯員.

三、 任務(wù)分配

翻譯部對稿件所涉及的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行分析，統(tǒng)一專業(yè)詞語的用法，根據(jù)客戶需求，固定翻譯原則并按行業(yè)公認(rèn)用法進(jìn)行翻譯；然后選擇議員成立專業(yè)的翻譯項目小組.項目負(fù)責(zé)人協(xié)調(diào)，監(jiān)控整個翻譯進(jìn)程，以確保翻譯工作的質(zhì)量、效率和語言風(fēng)格及專業(yè)術(shù)語的一致性。并按時高質(zhì)量地完成翻譯服務(wù)。

四、 查閱資料

在確定好項目小組后，項目組長同組員一起分析稿件，統(tǒng)一術(shù)語，制定翻譯計劃。同時根據(jù)稿件的領(lǐng)域查閱行業(yè)資料，確定翻譯語言風(fēng)格及行業(yè)翻譯規(guī)范。以確保專業(yè)的翻譯服務(wù)。

五、 翻 譯

在翻譯期間，公司會隨時跟蹤翻譯的質(zhì)量及進(jìn)程，并保持與客戶的溝通，提出問題，分析問題，解決問題?？蛻艨梢噪S時提出翻譯的意見及要求。議員將嚴(yán)格按照前期制定的翻譯計劃，統(tǒng)一的翻譯術(shù)語及行業(yè)規(guī)范著手翻譯，確保翻譯質(zhì)量并符合行業(yè)規(guī)范。

六、 雙重審核

公司建立了嚴(yán)格的雙重審核制度。即在翻譯完成后，由專業(yè)行業(yè)翻譯專家進(jìn)行一審核對和二審核對，并對語言進(jìn)行修飾，潤色。以符合翻譯的信達(dá)雅。準(zhǔn)備.流暢.專業(yè)地反映項目翻譯需求。

七、 再次校對

雙重審核完成后，將由項目負(fù)責(zé)人再次核對，保證語言的流程，拼寫的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，語法符合要求.并及時提出問題，再與專家分析解決問題。保證質(zhì)量高效 .

八、 編輯排版：

由編輯排版部門處理稿件中的文字格式、圖片、表格等，保證稿件符合客戶的排版要求。無論是簡體還是繁體中文，我們均能按用戶要求進(jìn)行排版制作和進(jìn)行一切印前處理。如果客戶需求，我們也將提供印刷設(shè)計服務(wù)，全面一站式服務(wù)客戶。

九、 質(zhì)量分析
翻譯與排版之后，項目負(fù)責(zé)人將最終核對，保證前期排版中的不出錯并與前期翻譯產(chǎn)品一致。

十、 交　稿
我們將通過客戶要求的方式提交譯件，對于大型項目我們也將提供免費的送件服務(wù)，為客戶保密。

十一、       客戶反饋

稿件提交后，客戶對稿件進(jìn)行審核。對客戶反饋的意見我們將認(rèn)真分析并按要求進(jìn)行修改。所有修改將做好記錄并保存，保證再次為客戶服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)確性。

Translation Workflow and Quality Control

The work of translation demands the utmost in concentrated effort. The essential character of translation is to make an easy-to-understand work. Our Quality Control Process is aimed at ensuring quality language translation services and begins the moment you contact us and carries through until even after we have delivered your translation to you. Quality Control Process allows for several steps to ensure the best product and services.

1.  By nature, translations document need to be handled confidentially. We are more than willing to send and sign a Confidentiality Agreement with you to guarantee the utmost safety of your documents.

2.  As soon as we receive files from clients, the dedicated Project Manager will review your material first and record all information related to your requirements prior to beginning any work, e.g. formatting, layout and budget and so on.

3.  The Project Manager will assign the document to a group of person whose translation skills proven to be an expertise in areas your document involved. 

4.  The document is thoroughly checked and proof-read by a person who is fluent in both source and target languages. We ensure several rounds of proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, good idiomatic language, and completeness and correct formatting. We provide document in Word, Excel or PowerPoint (or other editable formats) according to your requirements.

5.  We are equipped with latest Computer Aided Translation tools and can provide a fast and accurate terminology translation. We carefully analyze all texts and collect terminology into a database, which can be re-used with future translation projects.

6.  Before the document goes to the client in the final version, the Project Manager will check again and makes sure all of the above steps have been taken .

During and after the project we pay special attention to all translation requirements both from the Client and our translators and do our best to answer all questions and resolve ambiguities. Over the years we have gained a wealth of experience in managing multilingual projects.
