Quality Control Process allows for several steps to ensure the best product and services.

1. By nature, translation documents need to be handled confidentially. We are more than willing to send and sign a Confidentiality Agreement with you to guarantee the utmost safety of your documents.

2. As soon as we receive files from clients, the dedicated Project Manager will review your material first and record all information related to your requirements prior to beginning any work.

3. The Project Manager will assign the document to a group of person whose translation skills proven to be an expertise in areas your document involved. 

4. The document is thoroughly checked and proof-read by a person who is fluent in both source and target languages. We ensure several rounds of proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, good idiomatic language, and completeness and correct formatting. We provide document in Word, Excel or Power Point (or other editable formats) according to your requirements.

5. We are equipped with latest Computer Aided Translation tools and can provide a fast and accurate terminology translation. We carefully analyze all texts and collect terminology into a database, which can be re-used with future translation projects.

6. Before the document goes to the client in the final version, the Project Manager will check again and make sure all of the above steps have been taken.

During and after the project we pay special attention to all translation requirements both from the Client and our translators and do our best to answer all questions and resolve ambiguities. Over the years we have gained a wealth of experience in managing multilingual projects.
