第五條房屋產(chǎn)權及具體狀況的承諾

Article V Housing property rights and Specific Conditions of Commitment

If the Buyer conceals the true situation of the aforesaid matters before signing the Contract, three parties shall confirm that the Buyer has the right to ask for termination of the Contract and the relevant agreements, in case that the Buyer and the Broker sign the Contract against their genuine will due to fraudulent conduct of the Seller. The Seller shall undertake the following responsibilities:

1. The Seller shall return the total amount of the house to the Buyer within 10 working days after the date when the Buyer submits a request; In case of making payment overdue, the Seller shall pay a late fee of 0.005% on overdue total amount in a daily basis to the Buyer.
