PRS-711裝置為微機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)的數(shù)字式高壓線路快速保護(hù)裝置,適用于110kV及以下電壓等級、中性點(diǎn)直接接地、故障時(shí)三相跳閘能夠滿足系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性要求的線路。
裝置保護(hù)的基本配置包括了完整的距離和零序保護(hù),更可在此基礎(chǔ)上配置縱聯(lián)距離及縱聯(lián)零序保護(hù),用于要求全線速動的場合。裝置可與專用收發(fā)信機(jī)配合,通過高頻載波實(shí)現(xiàn)縱聯(lián)保護(hù);還可內(nèi)置光端機(jī),通過光纖通道實(shí)現(xiàn)縱聯(lián)保護(hù)。各型裝置均設(shè)有三相一次重合閘功能,自帶跳合閘操作回路以及交流電壓切換回路。
PRS-711裝置采用先進(jìn)的硬件平臺和完善的軟件設(shè)計(jì),裝置的軟件功能配置靈活完備,縱聯(lián)保護(hù)的通道接口方式設(shè)置可充分滿足用戶需要,且通信可靠性高,再加上強(qiáng)大的輔助功能支持,使整套保護(hù)裝置具有更優(yōu)異的性能。

 裝置包含由超范圍距離方向和零序方向元件構(gòu)成的全線速動縱聯(lián)保護(hù),動作速度快,全線速斷時(shí)間小于25ms。
 裝置的兩個(gè)CPU板具有獨(dú)立的起動元件,兩個(gè)起動元件均動作時(shí)整套保護(hù)裝置才能出口,保護(hù)安全性高。
不受振蕩影響,在系統(tǒng)振蕩(無故障)時(shí)可靠不誤動,在振蕩中又發(fā)生故障時(shí)仍能保持保護(hù)動作的快速性與選擇性。
不受弱饋側(cè)安裝的影響,具備在弱電源側(cè)的正確保護(hù)功能。
在手動和自動合閘時(shí)有合閘于故障保護(hù)快速切除全線各種故障。
在TV斷線時(shí)可投入可靠的緊急狀態(tài)保護(hù),確保裝置性能。
裝置采用高性能的平臺設(shè)計(jì),可靠性高,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。
采用32位浮點(diǎn)DSP和16位高精度A/D采樣,運(yùn)算與邏輯功能強(qiáng)大。

靈活的后臺通信方式:三個(gè)TCP/IP以太網(wǎng)接口,兩個(gè)RS485接口,兩個(gè)CANBUS接口,一個(gè)串行打印口,一個(gè)GPS脈沖接入口(差分輸入或空接點(diǎn)輸入,對秒、分脈沖和IRIG-B串行編碼三種校時(shí)方式自適應(yīng))。支持電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC60870-5-103規(guī)約。通訊速率可整定。
縱聯(lián)保護(hù)通道說明
裝置的縱聯(lián)保護(hù)能同各種通道通信設(shè)備(繼電保護(hù)專用收發(fā)信機(jī)及復(fù)用載波機(jī)等)接口。發(fā)、停信控制采用一副接點(diǎn),不發(fā)信即為停信。當(dāng)用于專用閉鎖式時(shí),通道邏輯由保護(hù)裝置實(shí)現(xiàn),收發(fā)信機(jī)的停信和發(fā)信完全由保護(hù)控制。
裝置的縱聯(lián)保護(hù)的收發(fā)信還可以通過光纖通道實(shí)現(xiàn),用于允許式保護(hù)。保護(hù)裝置與光纖通道相連實(shí)現(xiàn)方案有兩種,一是采用接點(diǎn)方式,同時(shí)外配光纖接口裝置,保護(hù)裝置收發(fā)信節(jié)點(diǎn)與光纖接口裝置相連實(shí)現(xiàn)收發(fā)信功能;二是增加內(nèi)置光纖接口板,直接與光纖通道相連。


PRS-711 Microcomputer-based Line Whole-set Protection Device
PRS-711 device is microcomputer controlled fast protection device for digital high voltage lines, which is applicable for lines with the voltage grade equals to and below 110kV, neutral point direct earthing, and three-phase tripping when fault occurs to keep the stability of the system.

The basic configuration of device protection includes whole distance and zero sequence protection, and the configuration of distance pilot protection and zero sequence pilot protection is available for whole line quick-acting required occasions. Together with dedicated transreceiver, the device can achieve pilot protection though high frequency carrier; it can also build the optical transmitter and receiver inside, and achieve pilot protection through fiber channel. All types of devices have three phase one shot reclosure function, and with tripping and closing control circuit and AC voltage switching circuit.

PRS-711 device adopts advanced hardware platform and perfect software design, the software function configuration of the device is flexible and complete, the interface mode setting of the pilot protection channel can fully meet the customer’s requirements, the communication is very reliable, and supported with powerful auxiliary functions, all of which provide the whole protection device with more excellent performance.

PRS-711 device provides a variety of protection elements, which can be configured according to customer’s requirements. The primary protection elements include:

The device has whole line quick-acting pilot protection consists of overrange range direction and zero sequence direction elements, which is quick-acting, and the quick break time of the whole line is less than 25ms.
Two CPU plates of the device have independent starting elements, only both starting components are active, the whole protection device opens, so the protection is of high security.
Not affected by oscillation, no false operation at system oscillation (no fault), and can still keep the rapidity and selectivity of the protection action when fault occurs again in oscillation.
Not affected by the installation of weak feed backside, with right protection function for the week power backside.
The switch onto fault protection removes all faults of the whole line rapidly when switching on manually and automatically.
Can input reliable emergency state protection at TV breaking time to ensure the performance of the device.
The device is designed with high performance platform, with high reliability and powerful anti-interference capability. Sampling with 32 bits floating point DSP and 16 bits high precision A/D, and has powerful calculation and logic function.

Flexible background communication mode: three TCP/IP Ethernet interfaces, two RS485 interfaces, one CANBUS interfaces, one serial print interface, one GPS pulse access interface (differential input or idle contact input, self-adapting to the three timing modes, namely PPS, PPM, and IRIG-B serial code). Supports IEC60870-5-103 standard of the power industry. The communication speed can be set.
Introduction of Pilot Protection Channel
The pilot protection of the device can connect with all kinds of channel communication devices (dedicated transreceivers and multiplex carriers for relay protection). Sending and stopping control with one contact point, and not send is stop. When applied to the dedicated lock mode, channel logic is achieved by the protection device, and the stopping and sending of the transreceiver is completely controlled by the protection.

The pilot protection sending and receiving of the device can also be achieved though fiber channel, which is available for permissive protection. There are two solutions for the connection between the protection device and the fiber channel, one of which is the connection point mode, meanwhile, equips with optical interface devices, connects the receiving and sending connection of the protection device with the optical interface device to realize the receiving and sending function; the other is adding built-in optical interface plates to connect directly with the fiber channel.
